Mix N.1 - Trang Hà

we are very excited to be launching Mix N.1 - our first ever herbal mix in collaboration with @terrafic.soup and @tenutasancarlo

It is a blend of carefully selected herbs grown at Terrafranta and toasted rice sourced from Tenuta San Carlo that Trang Hà developed during her residency at Terrafranta.

“This combination stems from a long-term interest in exploring flavours that celebrate the virtues of local and seasonal ingredients. The idea is to study techniques from my upbringing in Vietnam and apply them to Italy’s agricultural offerings”

Fresh and minty on the nose, with a grassy, peppery, and slightly bitter foreground, followed by a smooth, nutty background.

Mugwort, Calamint, Peppermint and Genmai - 72gr.
We suggest brewing 5-8gr at a time; inside the box you will find a leaflet crafted by Trang Hà explaining how to best use the mix.

Trang Hà is a Vietnamese artist and designer based in The Hague, The Netherlands. She works with various cooking methods, amplifying transformative processes at the intersections of life, body, food and the environment.

Tenuta San Carlo is a regenerative organic farm immersed in the heart of Maremma, in Southern Tuscany. The farm spans over 480 hectares of cropland, pastureland, pine forests, and protected marshlands.
