When will my item be shipped? All packages are shipped within three working days.
Do you offer tracked shipping? We only offer tracked shipping. You will receive your tracking number as soon as the package is shipped.
What is BRUTTOMABUONO? It's our way of trying to reduce waste. We sell products with slightly faulty packaging, printing errors, etc at a reduced price. The product itself is as safe and delicious as all our other products, the fault is purely aesthetical. Thank you for helping us :)
How imperfect can I expect my product to be? The packaging will always be fit for sale and whole. You can expect printing errors, seriously wonky labels and small marks.
