We produce high quality extra-virgin olive oil thanks to our olive trees, many of which are over a hundred years old. We don't do any treatments and admire our trees' ability to fend for and protect themselves. We have four different varieties ("cultivar") of olives: Moraiolo, Frantoio, Pendolino, Leccino. Typically found in Tuscany, the sapient blend of these varieties is responsible for that "spicy" and "pungent" taste we all go searching for. We harvest and bring the olives to the press within hours from harvest. Rich in polyphenols, our extra-virgin olive oil is cold-pressed, certified organic and filtered, preserving its organoleptic qualities throughout the year.
